Published “The most important book about the most important influencers”

A collection that celebrates educators through the stories of their students

A1 Serbia has presented “The Most Important Book About the Most Important Influencers,” a unique collection of 36 heartfelt stories inspired by educators whose dedication has left an unforgettable mark on their students’ lives. This book, part of the A1 Serbia campaign “Network of the Most Important Influencers,” celebrates the invaluable role that educators play in shaping future generations.

The stories were gathered through A1’s contest “Do You Remember Your Teacher?”, in which people shared memories of mentors, teachers, and professors who inspired them and significantly impacted their lives. Many creative and emotional stories from all over Serbia were submitted, further highlighting that teachers are one of the most important links in building a better society.

The expert jury, consisting of Zefirino Grasi, the Editor-in-Chief of Politikin Zabavnik, renowned writer Vladimir Arsenijević, and Martina Petrović, Director of Marketing, Corporate Communications, and ESG at A1 Serbia, had the task of selecting the most inspiring stories from hundreds of submissions—those that best illuminate the personal experiences and influence of teachers on students. The unique style of illustrator Andrijana Vešović, better known as Zombijana, enriched the book, offering readers a unique artistic experience accompanying each selected story.

“The digital version of ‘The Most Important Book About the Most Important Influencers’ can be downloaded from the official A1 Serbia website, making it accessible to everyone interested in reading it. This project reflects A1 Serbia’s commitment to nurturing education and digital literacy, which are key pillars of our ESG strategy. By celebrating the educators who shape future generations, we aim to inspire individuals and communities to recognize the value of learning, sharing knowledge, and the attention we should give to one another. In a rapidly evolving and digitizing world, teachers remain the cornerstone of progress,” said Martina Petrović, Director of Marketing, Corporate Communications, and ESG at A1 Serbia.
